Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms"), together with the policies referenced in them, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully. They include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

By visiting, browsing, purchasing from or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy and, if you start a subscription, our Subscription Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Section 1 - Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to purchase from us. Our products are dietary supplements intended for adults and are not intended for anyone under 18. By using the Services you represent that you meet this requirement.

To make a purchase you may need to provide information such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address and payment details. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete and that you will keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to anyone else.

Section 2 - Our products and health information

Our products are dietary supplements. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Section 3 - Orders

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, or a violation of these Terms. Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted. If we decline, change or cancel an order we will try to notify you using the contact details you provided and will refund any amount charged.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed or cancelled, but it is covered by our Refund Policy. You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 - Prices, promotions and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place your order and set out in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes and shipping, which are shown at checkout before you pay. Where a "compare at" or original price is shown, it is the price at which the product is or was offered for one-time purchase on this site.

Promotions, bundles, timers and offers made through our advertising or email partners are subject to their own stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time. If promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms govern for that promotion. Where a price is obviously wrong due to an error, we may cancel affected orders and refund you.

You represent that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide, that the information is accurate, and that you will pay all charges at the posted prices, including shipping and applicable taxes.

Section 5 - Subscriptions

Some products can be purchased on an optional recurring "Subscribe & Save" basis. If you choose a subscription, you authorise us to charge your saved payment method at the subscription price and frequency shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping, for each renewal order until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can skip, pause, reschedule or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us, and cancellation takes effect immediately for any renewal not yet charged. Section 6 - Shipping and delivery

Shipping destinations, costs and timing are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or other events outside our reasonable control, but we will help resolve lost or damaged shipments as described in that policy.

Section 7 - Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds, including our 90-day money-back guarantee on first orders, are governed by our Refund Policy.

Section 8 - Intellectual property

The Services and everything on them, including the names The Full Stack Formula and Full Stack Formula, logos, text, product formulations and descriptions, graphics, photographs, video, audio, page design and the selection and arrangement of all of these, are owned by or licensed to Bump The DSL, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, mirror, frame, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours or in any way that is likely to cause confusion or disparages us.

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please follow the process in our DMCA Copyright Policy.

Section 9 - Reviews, comments and other submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, questions or other content ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish and display them in any media, including in our marketing, and to use the name you submit with them. You represent that your Submissions are your own, are truthful, do not infringe anyone's rights, and do not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene or misleading material or malware. We may monitor, edit or remove Submissions at our discretion, but we are not obliged to do so and are not responsible for Submissions made by others.

By providing your email address or phone number you agree that we may send you transactional messages about your orders and subscriptions. Marketing emails and text messages are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email, replying STOP to a text, or contacting us. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or a product will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or order giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bump The DSL, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 17 - Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Services or any purchase are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at support@thefullstackformula.com so we can try to resolve it informally. Subject to that, any legal action will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in small claims court or affects mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.

Section 18 - Severability, waiver and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and the policies they reference are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements or communications.

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. You may stop using the Services at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time without notice if we reasonably believe you have failed to comply with these Terms. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
