Cancellation policy

This Subscription Policy explains how "Subscribe & Save" orders work at The Full Stack Formula (operated by Bump The DSL, LLC, "we", "us", "our"). It applies whenever you select a subscription plan instead of a one-time purchase. By starting a subscription you agree to this policy, our Terms of Service, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. What a subscription is

A subscription is an optional, recurring order. Instead of buying once, you choose a delivery frequency (for example every 30 days) and we automatically ship a new order and charge your saved payment method on that schedule until you cancel. Subscriptions are always optional. A one-time purchase is available for every product, and the one-time option is selected by default.

2. Price, discount and what you will be charged

  • The subscription price, the discount versus the one-time price, the delivery frequency and the amount billed per delivery are all shown on the product page and again at checkout before you place your order.
  • You are charged the subscription price plus any applicable taxes and shipping each time a renewal order is created. The amount charged per renewal will not change without notice to you (see section 7).
  • There is no minimum term, no sign-up fee and no cancellation fee. You may cancel after your first delivery if you wish.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it and email you. If the payment still cannot be collected, that renewal is skipped and your subscription may be paused until your payment method is updated.

3. Renewal timing

Your first order is charged and shipped immediately. Each renewal order is created, charged and shipped at the frequency you selected, counted from your previous order date. You can see your next order date at any time in your account, and we send you an email each time a renewal order is processed. Where the law requires it, we will also email you a reminder before a renewal is charged.

4. Managing, pausing, skipping or rescheduling

You are in control of your subscription. From your account you can:

  • Skip an upcoming delivery;
  • Pause your subscription and resume it later;
  • Reschedule your next order date or change the delivery frequency;
  • Update your shipping address or payment method.

To get there, use the "Manage subscription" link in your order confirmation or renewal emails, or sign in to your account on our website. If you have any trouble, email support@thefullstackformula.com and we will make the change for you.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no fee:

  • Online: sign in to your account (or follow the "Manage subscription" link in any subscription email), open your subscription and choose Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect immediately and you will receive a confirmation email.
  • By email: write to support@thefullstackformula.com from the email address on your account. We process cancellation requests within 1 business day and confirm by email.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, cancel or skip before your next order date shown in your account. Once a renewal order has been created and charged, it is treated as a placed order and is covered by our Refund Policy (see section 6). Cancelling does not affect orders that have already shipped.

6. Refunds and returns on subscription orders

  • Your first subscription order is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, exactly like a one-time purchase.
  • Renewal orders can be returned or refunded as described in the Refund Policy. If a renewal was charged shortly before you intended to cancel, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will help.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Changes to price, products or this policy

If we need to change the subscription price, the discount, or the product you receive, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change applies to your subscription. You may cancel before the change takes effect and you will not be charged the new price. If a product is discontinued or out of stock, we will notify you and either pause your subscription or cancel it and refund any amount already charged for that delivery. We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page, and material changes will be communicated by email.

8. Eligibility

Subscriptions are available to customers who are at least 18 years old with a valid shipping address in a region we ship to and a payment method we accept. Subscriptions are for personal use and may not be resold.
